♫ ♫ ♫ Thank you, and welcome Bu Vivi from Bappenas. [audience applause] Ok. Because she is coming. Bapak Ibu, distinguished speakers, Pak Slamet yang saya hormati. Assalamu’alaykum Wr. Wb. Very good afternoon. So sorry for the delay of the flight. More than an hour. I do hope that my schedule now did not bother other schedule. Ok. My part is about given update of Indonesian policy particulary on inclusion policy. So, start with the SDGs, that among other countries we have been envision, as quite progressive, next please, So, for the next five years, our development will be based mainly on the goals, that have been committed by other countries including Indonesia to the more universal basic cause, in which consists of the people centered and also ensuring achievement of the prosperity for the people, by having or doing [inaudible] through partnership for the goodness of the planet, meaning for the sustainable development in the future. So, SDGs is actually the framework for the comprehensive of the integration development that the progress of one day measure will rely or will be need the involvement of other direction We are talking about the harmonization, the integration, and the cooperativeness It is also [inaudible] for international partnership the same ownership for all, not only country to country, but also with the people. So, when we are talking about no one left behind, it’s also meaning that no country will be left behind. That is the idea. That is maybe the utopia. That is a homework of all of us. Next. When we are talking about the disability, within the SDGs, actually many goals entail our homework, in ensuring to include all people, including people with disabilities. At least there are six goals that can be used as an anchor to ensure the inclusiveness of the people with disabilities. SDGs number one in which for example social protection system should cover all and ensuring about not only coverage, but also the quality of the program itself. Within the SDGs goals number four for example, improve the education facilities that are inclusive, and also invariably safety Within the SDGs number ten for example is about reducing inequality through promoting the social inclusion, economic, and political. And goal number seventeen for example, we have to achieve or develop the data in more systematic way, in term of quality, timing, its right time, and also the reliability of the data. Currently, for example, in Susenas, the questioneirs have been included the questions related to persons with disabilities, more than the previous Susenas. It’s survey for national social development. By having better data, we could have capacity to have assessment, better study, or also do better planning, for persons with disabilities. However, there have been some challenges, as you may feel and see in many places here. Next. First, how the growth would be inclusive and bring the prosperity equally for everybody. Ensuring the implementation of principles and no one left behind needs the same understanding starting from the definitions, the elaborative data, as well as the planning, in which can be used to have a program and interventions that are inclusive. Meaning, can be targeted directly to the persons with disabilities as well as to be used for the program that are mainstreaming the needs as well as the protections for the persons with disabilities. Listening to all voices including the organizations for people with disabilities needs systematic way how to be included as many representative as possible. It’s not easy because we are quite vast in fact persons with disabilities always for some of them, are located in far area. Communication, coordination, often time, is a challenge for us to communicate as well as listening, ensuring to listen to all voices. Next slide please. Other challenges also include a lining the government priorities not only across sector, but also regions. So, within the decentralization, it’s still a challenges, that is why through some instruments, we try to make it possible. For example, in the next year 2020, we already develop what we call “specific grant” for social development. One intention for using the decentralization grant, in which some of the specific grant, is for the assistive devices. So, in this regards, we could help the local government to be more inclusive by not only provided the enabling environment, to be more inclusive, but also learning more about kind of assistive devices, that are needed by people with disabilities. Of course still there are many gaps that innvation and technology would be part of the idea, that can be accelarate gaps, particularly to make environment and also to the implementation of the many programs at the local regions become more inclusive.
